An optional choice, separate from your stay

You can choose to receive BluDoor offers, news and travel inspiration by email. We ask for your email address and explicit marketing consent separately from any booking or inquiry. Not signing up, or later unsubscribing, does not affect your booking.

A signup request is not a confirmed subscription. You must confirm through the unique link in a confirmation email. A queued request does not mean that an email has been sent.

What we record and why

Your email address, consent and preference records, and confirmation and unsubscribe token records are stored in BluDoor's property management system (PMS). These records support confirmation of your choice, management of optional marketing emails and respect for unsubscribe requests.

Unique links let you confirm or manage your email choice without a login. Treat these links as private: anyone with access to a link may be able to use it. This public signup page does not reveal an existing subscription or let someone change it by entering an email address alone.

Email delivery

When email delivery is enabled, BluDoor uses Resend as its email delivery provider. Resend processes the recipient email address and email content needed to deliver those messages. Consent and preference records are managed in the PMS.

Submitting this form does not enable marketing or email delivery. If the signup service is unavailable, you will be told on the signup page.

Unsubscribe without a login

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unique unsubscribe link in a BluDoor marketing email. You do not need to create an account or log in. If you need help with your email choice, contact us below.

Unsubscribing stops optional marketing emails. Essential booking emails, such as reservation information and important messages about your stay, are separate and are not affected.

Respecting your choice

We keep the suppression records and consent evidence necessary to remember an unsubscribe request, avoid sending further marketing emails against your choice, and document how that choice was handled. Unsubscribing does not necessarily erase all email-related records.
